Lately gas prices have been rising even more than usual. Averagely gas a couple months ago cost about $3.50 and recently it costs nearly $4.00 per gallon. Currently in New York several gas stations are charging $4.50 a gallon. At the Shaler GetGo regular gas costs $3.70 a gallon, $3.80 for midgrade, and $4.00 for premium. In the next paragraph we will explain why gas prices are so high.
As most of us know there is only so much gas in the world and the more we use the higher the value of it which means higher prices. Some people in this world have minimum wage jobs and cannot afford the rising prices which will prevent them from driving which may result in them losing there jobs. In a way gas prices are killing thousands of jobs and in a way they are making them. Gas prices are employing people by letting people mine gas as a job.Also as a result of our economy dropping gas prices are sort of doubling their prices since people are getting less money as prices grow higher.
