In Beijing communist rulers are planning to raise their military budget by 11%. This will be just enough to push them over the $100 billion mark for the first time. China's neighbors aren't sure increasing the budget is a good idea and are considering territorial claims. China and India are having communication issues because of the border dispute involving Arunachal Pradesh, which China reveres to as the Southern Tibet. Relationships between China and Japan changed after an incident in 2010. This incident involves a Chinese fishing boat captain,who wrecked into a Japanese patrol boat in the surrounding waters near islands in China. Some analyst have predicted that by 2015 the Chinese military budget will increase all twelve of Asia's pacific neighbors.
If they raise their budget, it might make us raise ours too. Raising there budget so far has started issues with near by countries. It also could effect there education budget and grow their army. It might also cause an all out war with foreign countries.
